Medical/Prescription Drug 

  • Moore Technologies offers the California Choice Program HMO Plan and Kaiser for your medical benefits. We pay up to 100% of our employee's monthly premiums. Employees pay only a co-payment for office visits and prescription drugs.

Dental 

  • For dental benefits, The Guardian offers a $50 deductible and coverage up to 100% for preventative, 100% basic, and 60% for major.

Life/STD/LTD/AD&D 

  • The Guardian offers Moore Technologies' employees $25,000 of life insurance protection, long term disability of up to 66 2/3% of base salary, short term disability, and accidental death and dismemberment benefits.

401(k) 

  • The employer will make a discretionary employer matching contribution equal to a percentage of the amount of salary reductions you elected to defer. This percentage will be determined each year by the employer.

Sabbatical Leave Policy 

  • With each seven (7) consecutive years of regular full-time employment, Moore Technologies will provide employees with the opportunity to take a paid three-week sabbatical with a cash bonus of 1 weeks pay.

  • Health and dependent care, plus premium payments are taken out on a pre-tax basis. That alone will increase your take-home pay!
