Moore Technologies provides epitaxial deposition products and services for the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

One of our products enhances the thruput of epitaxial reactors, thereby reducing the cost of epitaxial production. The eZEN CVD system from Moore accomplishes the high thruput goal for epitaxial annealing, poly silicon and nitride films. We also have a state of the art cleanroom producing silicon epitaxial wafers 24 hours per day. We are the first to have a production 400mm CVD system.
